YOU AND INTEGRIS AI SOLUTIONS LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and Integris AI Solutions LLC agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

SECTION 12 – MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Integris AI Solutions LLC on the Website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Integris AI Solutions LLC concerning the Website. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Integris AI Solutions LLC's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

This campaign provides personalized support to clients interested in our fitness programs. It aims to efficiently address customer inquiries and facilitate the scheduling of consultations. The campaign uses automated yet personalized messages to confirm bookings and remind clients of upcoming appointments, ensuring they are prepared and informed. Each interaction is carefully tailored to maintain compliance with communication standards and provide a seamless customer experience.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
